Since 2020, Mr. Arun Lal has been actively engaged in various plant ecological research initiatives. He has acquired significant research experience from the Kerala Forest Research Institute, where he contributed to key projects focused on monitoring tropical ecosystem vulnerability to climate change and conducting diversity and dynamics studies within the wet evergreen forests of Kerala. Additionally, he participated in a documentation project of medicinal plants from the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary. He has obtained professional trainings in Nursery Management, Plant Propagation, Basic GIS and Remote Sensing, and Plant Ecophysiology research equipments. He has also successfully completed a certificate course in the Valuation
of Ecosystem Services.
